The creators of Brain.fm are still actively involved in research and development, changing their code to fit in with scientific understanding of the effect music has on people. The app is available as a free or paid subscription, with the free version having a limit to the number of sessions available.

Brain.fm is an interesting take on a musical aid. The program learns from your responses and supposedly ends up with a detailed, tailored musical program. Those using it as a daily work aid will need to upgrade from the free version's rather restricted session numbers.
